Thank you for shopping at ResellingLab.eu. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full, together with our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

ResellingLab sells digital products only. Our products consist of instantly delivered digital content — including supplier access, contacts, lists, guides, and related informational materials.

Due to the instant, irreversible, and informational nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or partial refunds under any circumstances.

This applies, without limitation, to:

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Failure to read or understand the product description;
  • Dissatisfaction with the contents of the product;
  • Lack of expected results, profit, sales, or business outcomes;
  • Business losses, marketplace bans, or payment-processor issues;
  • Misunderstanding of what is included in the product;
  • Inability to use, view, or apply the information provided;
  • A third-party supplier going out of business, raising prices, becoming unresponsive, or refusing to accept your order;
  • Any user-side technical issue (device, browser, email, network, or anti-spam);
  • Any other reason whatsoever.

The value of the product is delivered the moment access is provisioned. The information cannot be "returned" or "unseen". Accordingly, no refund can be issued once access has been made available.

2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal — Express Waiver

Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (transposed into Estonian law via the Law of Obligations Act, § 53(4)(11)), this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By ticking the consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you:

  • Expressly request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period;
  • Expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins (i.e. as soon as access or download is provisioned, whichever happens first);
  • Confirm that you were informed of this consequence prior to purchase.

Once digital access has been provisioned, no right of withdrawal exists.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any consumer right that, under mandatory applicable law, cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Delivery

Access to the product is delivered by a separate email sent to the email address you provided at checkout, shortly after payment is confirmed.

Delivery is considered fulfilled the moment the access email is sent to that email address — regardless of whether you have opened, received, read, or acted on it.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Provide a correct and active email address at checkout;
  • Check spam, junk, and promotion folders;
  • Whitelist our sending domain if needed;
  • Use a working email provider that accepts external mail;
  • Follow the access instructions contained in the email.

Failure to receive or access the email due to an incorrect address, spam filtering, full mailbox, blocked sender, or any other user-side issue does not qualify for a refund.

4. Technical Issues — Limited Exception

If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the product entirely, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at centralhubmail7@gmail.com.

In such cases, we will work to restore your access. Resolution will be by restored access — not by refund.

Refunds are not granted for user-side technical problems (incorrect email, spam filtering, device incompatibility, network restrictions, or failure to follow instructions).

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product;
  • Misunderstanding of what was offered;
  • Lack of expected results;
  • Any reason inconsistent with this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.

In the event of a dispute, we will defend the transaction using delivery logs, IP and device records, checkout consent records (including the Article 16(m) waiver tick box), and access activity.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks are a material breach of our Terms and entitle us to:

  • Permanently terminate your account and revoke all access;
  • Recover the disputed amount plus all administrative, processor, and legal fees;
  • Refer the matter to debt-recovery agencies or merchant fraud databases;
  • Pursue any further legal remedy available.

6. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, it is 100% your responsibility to:

  • Read the entire product description carefully;
  • Understand exactly what is included in the product;
  • Ask any questions before purchasing if anything is unclear;
  • Confirm that the product is suitable for your intended use.

Purchasing without reading or fully understanding the product description does not qualify you for a refund.
