1. No Physical Shipping

ResellingLab.eu sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, parcels, or packages. There are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs declarations, shipping fees, delivery times, or shipping addresses involved in any order.

2. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically, by a separate email sent to the email address you provided at checkout, shortly after payment is confirmed.

Delivery is considered fulfilled the moment the access email is sent to that email address, regardless of whether you have opened, received, or acted on it.

3. Delivery Areas

Because delivery is digital, our products are available worldwide, wherever you have a working email address and internet access — subject to any local laws that may restrict access from your jurisdiction.

4. Delivery Time

Access emails are normally sent within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to payment-processor verification, anti-fraud checks, or temporary technical issues — but it is always digital and always to the email address you provided.

5. Did Not Receive the Email?

If you do not see the access email shortly after purchase:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Confirm the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
Whitelist our sending domain to make sure future emails are not filtered.
If you still cannot find it after these checks, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at centralhubmail7@gmail.com and we will resend access.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, active email address. Failure to receive the email due to an incorrect address, full mailbox, blocked sender, or aggressive spam filtering does not qualify as a delivery failure on our side.

6. No Returns of Physical Items

Because no physical items are shipped, there are nothing to return, exchange, or send back. All refund-related questions are governed by our Refund Policy.
